Recently, I was a patient at your facility and I would like to take this opportunity to tell you what a positive experience it was.  Your staff is so warm and friendly, starting with my initial phone call to Pema that it eases the tension immeasurably.  I dealt with Mary Ellen and Sherryn and found these two women to be not only completely professional and thorough but each was so kind and compassionate (traits often found lacking in today’s society).  So a big Thank You and a pat on the back to them and to all of your staff – we are lucky to have your facility in our area.
